Denver Day One Dealt With

An immensely successful day began with the four hour replacement of a motor. The motor was replacing the previously burned out one for our ball intake and climb. Whilst changing the motor, we added a hinged flap to our gear catch in order to fix the problem of gears bouncing out of our robot. During the practice matches we found, to our delight, that the flap greatly improved the efficiency of our robots gear retrieval. Due to the lengthy fixes we were only able to run two practice matches; still, this did not prevent us from getting excellent time on the practice field to run autonomous, adjust our camera, dial in our shooter, and practice climbing our new ropes.
